Beautiful residence "Rutili", detached, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 5 houses in the residence. 5 km from the centre of Cervione, 6 km from the centre of Moriani-Plage, 50 km from the centre of Bastia, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 15 ha, garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, orchard. Garden furniture. In the house: WiFi. 300 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "Prunete" 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.

Sehr sauberes Ferienhaus und alles sehr gut gewartet und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Haus liegt auf dem Gelände eines landwirtschaftlichen Betriebs (Orangen, Oliven), zusammen mit ich glaube 4 weiteren Gästehäusern. Die Häuser verteilen sich aber so gut über das Gelände, dass man bei allen quasi Alleinlage hat. Die Aussicht ist, wie die Fotos versprechen - grandios. Auf den Fotos sieht man verschiedene Küchen, da waren wir erst ein wenig skeptisch. Die Küche ist aber wohl mal ausgetauscht worden. Drin ist jetzt die graue Küche. Die ganze Anlage liegt auf einem Hügel, ca. 1 km vom Sandstrand in Prunete. Zu unserer Reisezeit (End September) war dort kaum noch was los. Ein paar km südlich gibt es weitere Strände mit Parkplätzen wo gar nichts los ist. Top mit Hunden. In Prunete gibt es nen kleinen Supermarkt mit allem was man braucht sowie einen guten Bäcker und Metzger. Auch Restaurants, teilweise direkt am Strand, sind vorhanden.

Zufrieden mit starker Einschränkung

Grundsätzlich war das Haus in Ordnung. Haus war in allen Bereichen sauber. Unangenehm war die Gerüche im Haus. In einem Schlafzimmer war es besonders unangenehm, so dass es für den gesamten Aufenthalt nicht genutzt wurde. Die Tür hielten wir stets geschlossen. Ekelig wurde es, als wir bemerkten, dass sich Wanzen im Haus aufhielten, die es bis in ein Bett geschafft haben. Von uns vorgenomme Maßn. konnten das Problem nicht gänzlich abstellen. Schade um das schöne Haus in toller Lage.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus war sehr schön und wir hatten einen sensationellen Panoramablick auf das Meer . Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und wurden sehr nett vom Vermieter empfangen .Innen war es sauber und es gab genügend Platz für alle . Aber eigentlich wollten wir nur auf der großzügigen Terrasse sitzen und den wunderschönen Ausblick genießen . Zum Meer war es nicht weit , auch andere tolle Strände waren gut zu erreichen . In die Berge war es auch nicht weit . Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen .

Rundum gelungen

Das sehr schöne Ferienhaus in absolut traumhafter Lage ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war freundlich und bei dem einzigen Problem, das wir in 14 Tagen Urlaub hatten (während eines Gewitters war eine Sicherung war rausgeflogen und wir wussten nicht wo der Sicherungskasten ist) wurde uns auch abends schnell unkompliziert und freundlich geholfen.

optimale Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten und die zentrale Lage ermöglicht es, alle Ziele auf der Insel gut zu erreichen. Der Service vor Ort funktioniert hervorragend und eine Verständigung ist auch auf Englisch gut möglich.

Top Unterkunft mit Super Aussicht

Wir waren mit 6 Personen da und hatten immer viel Platz, ob auf den Terassen oder im Haus.Wir haben nicht einmal den Fernseher eingeschaltet. Das Miteinander auf der Terasse abends war viel schöner ! Die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche bot viele Möglichkeiten zum kreativen Kochen. Auch der Garten war sehr gepflegt und großzügig. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen !

Casa semplice ma ben strutturata: magnifici il bosco circostante ed il prato ben curato. Ottimo l’arredamento e la pulizia. Non c’è aria condizionata ma non ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza: alla sera, i boschi circostanti offrono una brezza fresca e piacevole. La vicina (1 km) lunga spiaggia in sabbia è tipica della costa est. La posizione è molto buona per escursioni in tutta l’isola. Il proprietario è cordiale e parla bene l’italiano. Supermercato vicino. Ottimi i ristoranti nel circondario. Consigliamo questa casa vacanza a chi ama tranquillità e natura, alle famiglie con bambini e a chi ha un cane.

Ruhige romantische Lage mit Blick auf Meer und Wald. Objekt mit zwei sehr schönen Terrassen.Ein wunderbarer grosser Garten gehört mit dazu. Meer an der Ostküste mit tollen langen Stränden und flach einlaufendes Wasser. Freundliche ältere Vermieter, sprechen ausschl. französisch. Küchenausstattung beinhaltet alles was man braucht, jedoch 2 Kochtöpfe mehr wären gut. Wir waren mit dem eigenen Auto da, da hat man alle Möglichkeiten die Gegend zu erkunden.
