For shared use: large, beautiful garden with plants and trees, meadow. Tennis (2 x hard court), table tennis, boccia, volleyball court (swing). In the complex: reception with TV, internet access, WiFi. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach 50 m.
