Modern, cosy, comfortable timber house "Doghouse", 360 m a.s.l., built in 2019, surrounded by trees. 12 km from the centre of Åseral, 45 km from the centre of Evje, 85 km from the centre of Kristiansand, in the district Eikerapen, 250 m from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 400 m2. 60 m long bumpy motor access. Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 12 km, bus stop "Eikerapen" 160 m, ferry "Kristiansand" 83 km, swimming bay 2 km. Minigolf 5 km, children's playground 5 km, fishing possibilities 2 km.

Gemütlich und komfortabel
Wir haben uns im Doghouse sofort wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz, alles vorhanden und super Betreuung vor Ort. Wanderwege ab Haus :-) Hier kann man wirklich zu Ruhe kommen und die wunderschöne Natur genießen!
