Manque de confort

Si le cadre était agréable la location avait peu de confort (canapé petit et vétusté) table basse défectueuse et chaises trop vieilles et peu solides. Peu d'ustencils de cuisine pour une location pour 6. Manque d'entretien général. Dommage, le cadre et la résidence, sa piscine et sa salle de sports nous convenaient parfaitement.

Casserole sale,pas d'éclairage coin cuisine,canapé troué. Aucune insonorisation(pourtant maisonnette)on entend les voisins qui rentrent à 2h du matin. Nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux dans cette résidence récente et au vu des photos.

Wir waren Ende Mai/Anfang Juni...

Wir waren Ende Mai/Anfang Juni in Argeles, da war es angenehm ruhig und in der Anlage waren nur einige Häuser belegt. Das Haus war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Umständlich war, dass das WC im 1. Stock war (steht aber auch so in Beschreibung).Das kostenlose Wifi war nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar. Wir haben dann für die Premium–Version für 2 Wochen insgesamt 20 € gezahlt. Das hat dann gut funktioniert. Pfannen und Töpfe sollten gelegentlich ausgetauscht werden. Reisetipps: Sonntags mit demFährboot zum Markt nach Collioure ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.Der Markt in Argeles Village (Altort) ist auch sehenswert. Allerdings muss man früh aufstehen, ansonsten ist es schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden. Es wird teilweise sogar im Fluß geparkt. Es gibt rundum genügend Ausflugsziele, falls mal kein Badewetter ist.

das Haus ist ausreichend groß,...

das Haus ist ausreichend groß, war aber leider nicht besonders sauber bei unserer Ankunft, das Geschirr war nicht vollständig, das freie WLAN ging nur gelegentlich... leider war auch das spärliche Personal nicht in der Lage sich zumindest auf englisch zuverständigen, der Bademeister war zu den Kindern unfreundlich. Reisetipps: Die Region ist sehr schön und bietet viele Freizeitaktivitäten. Man kann an der Küste entlang bis nach Spanien fahren, die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Perpignon besuchen oder auch einen der Minigolfplätze oder Freizeitparks besuchen.

Kostenloses Shuttle (TrainBus) zum Strand und Dorf.Ausstattung der Wohnung/Küche war komplett und o.k.. Matratzen bequem, jedoch relativ schmal.Schöner Pool. Morgens Backwaren in der Anlage erhältlich. Reisetipps: Küstenstraße Richtung Spanien.Ausflüge zu den Katharerburgen (z.B. Peyrepertuse) und zu Schluchten (z.B. Gorges de la Fou, Gorges de Galamus).MUME in La Jonquera, Spanien (Museo Memorial de l'Exili)
