Positiv: Lage, nah an Supermarkt und Stränden und für Ausflüge z.B. Pisa, Volterra etc. zentral an der Autobahn. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, Tolles großes Grundstück, komplett eingezäunt perfekt für unseren Hund und Kinder. Großer sauberer Pool. Regelmäßige Reinigung und Gartenpflege.Negativ: Haus sollte im Küchen- und Sanitärbereich renoviert werden. Für den Preis der Unterkunft ist alles recht alt und abgenutzt. Abläufe der Waschbecken in Küche und Bad laufen nicht richtig ab, so steht andauernd Spülwasser im Waschbecken. Wir hatten darauf hingewiesen, es wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Allerdings bestand das Problem nach einem Tag wieder. Fazit: Zu empfehlen aufgrund des Außenbereichs und der Lage, im Innenbereich müssen ein paar Abstriche gemacht werden was den Komfort angeht. Wenn vom Besitzer etwas investiert wird sicher eine 5 Sterne Unterkunft.
