Private: property 25 m2 (fenced). In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking. Shop 900 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Plage de l'Arnérault" 1.4 km. Sports harbour 900 m. Nearby attractions: Saint-Martin-de-Ré 4 km, La Couarde sur Mer 9 km, La Rochelle 20 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example.
