Leider lässt sich der feuchte, penetrante Geruch nicht per Bild wiedergeben. Die Wohnung hat ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem, da die Außenwände im unteren Bereich teilweise gewölbt und leicht gelb sind. Man versucht dieses, durch den Einsatz von chemischen Duftspender einzudämmen bzw. zu überdecken. In der Duschkabine befanden sich sehr viele schwarze Flecken, welche auf Schimmel und Rost zurückzuführen sein könnten.Dies spiegelt das Feuchtigkeitsproblem der Ferienimmobilie wieder. Die Kühlschranktür ist defekt und lässt sich nicht so einfach öffnen bzw. schließen. Das Geschirr von den Töpfen, Pfannen über die Tassen und Besteck waren sehr stark verschmutzt. Auch die Küchenschränke sind in einem sehr ungepflegten Zustand, vor allem innen. Die Wohnung ist voll mit Spinnenweben, Staub und Schmutz. Hier wurde schon seit längerem leider keine ordentliche Reinigung durchgeführt.Es befanden sich auch mehrere Fallen für Ungeziefer im Ferienhaus. Auch wurden wir nicht persönlich in Empfang genommen, sondern wir mussten uns den Schlüssel in einem naheliegenden Stromkasten suchen. Daher war auch kein persönlicher Kontakt möglich. Zusätzlich ist auf der Website eine Spülmaschinen angeben, welchen sich nicht in der Ferienwohnung befindet

Semaine très agréable dans un petit cocon bien sympa où rien ne manque ! L'extérieur est vraiment top et bien conçu surtout pour la tranquillité et l'intimité ; nous avons vraiment apprécié cette semaine de repos avec un soleil trés généreux qui ns a permis de profiter pleinement d'un bon bol d'air océanique ds ce petit coin très nature de Dominn. !!!

Emplacement idéal, jardin très agréable

L’emplacement et le jardin compensent largement quelques inconvénients: micro-onde situé à côté du lit, pas de lampe de chevet, pas de théière, voisins tres proches (nous avons eu la chance qu’ils ne prennent aucun repas dans le jardin). Deux loueurs de vélos, délicieuse boulangerie et beau marché quotidien à quelques pas. Plages à proximité. Maisonnette joliment décorée,agréable et tres propre. Je recommande!!

Une ile à bicyclette.

Studio bien situé et calme. Maison et jardin biens équipées, Plage a proximité a pied, location de vélo et boulangerie ainsi que le marché à côté de la maison. L'office de tourisme est à St.George face à l'église, un pass m'a été remis avec la carte des sites à visiter. Les huitres en ce début septembre étaient succulentes, le pineau blanc des Charentes bien frais un régal. Pour les courses, plusieurs supérettes aux alentours et un grand Leclerc à St.Michel avec Postes à essence. Bref tout sur l'ile, pour passer une bonne semaine de Septembre. Les hôtes sympathiques, peuvent aussi vous régaler dans leur restaurant (quai 17) à St.Denis d'Oléron au port. Encore merci à Barbara pour son accueil.

MERVEILLEUX

Endroit merveilleux/calme/emplacement pour la voiture. Le village DOMINO, tous commerces à proximité, le marché sur la place est adapté pour tous les gouts. Malgré une semaine très maussade, j'ai adoré découvrir certains lieux comme Saint Trojan. La location est parfaite les jours ensoleillés, l'extérieur est très bien pensé. Précision: très peu de réseau, donc prévoirbles itinéraires et sorties à l'avance.

Très bon séjour.

Très agréablement surpris de l’accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Maisonnette agréable et surtout à l’extérieur, calme et paisible. Si nous pouvons vous donner un conseil, allez manger au Quai 17(propriétaire de la maisonnette), où l’accueil est formidable (attention réserver avant vôtre venue c’est préférable)

Séjour au calme et bien situé

Merveilleuse semaine dans cette petite maison de pêcheur pleine de charme mais avec tout le confort souhaité et joliment décorée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin extrêmement agréable grâce à son grand calme et aux beaux arbres qui l'entourent. Très bien accueillis par nos hôtes.
