Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances l’appartement était très bien ! Bien situé et très agréable. Point négatif la gestion par foncia qui ne fait pas d’état des lieux avec nous mais avant et qui nous laisse aller découvrir l’appartement seul avec de vagues explications. Quand c’est la première fois ce n’est pas évident de comprendre tout de suite là fonctionnement de la résidence. mais très satisfait de notre location !

La résidence et l'appartement sont très bien. Idealement situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. La vue de l'appartement sur la mer est magnifique. Quel bonheur de se réveiller face aux vagues. L'appartement est très bien équipé. L'agence immobilière s'occupant de location a été réactive aux problematique (néon qui a grillé). Je recommende ce logement et y retournerai avec plaisir

Tolle Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Blick aufs Meer. Gut Barrierefrei von Straße und Tiefgarage erreichbar mit Aufzug. Es gibt Gepäckwagen. Die Wohnung ist funktionell ausgestattet. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang und schlichtem Duschkopf. Zum Duschen und Haarewaschen reicht es. Die GSM-Versorgung ist vor Ort hervorragend als WiFi-Ersatz. Die Schlüsselübergabe über die lokale Agentur Foncia war perfekt. Toller Strand und Umgebung. Wir kommen wieder

Mécontent des frais de nettoyage que l'on nous impose 80 euros et ce n'est pas désinsecter et sale

Quand nous arrivons dans cette location on nous impose de payé 80 euros de nettoyage en désinfection. Qui n'est pas du tout le cas le ménage est mal fait sable sur les meubles le sol idem balcon très sale araignée etc... Manque de bol pour le déjeuner casserole qui colle non adhésifs téléviseur plus petit qu'un écran d'ordinateur surtout que le canapé est au font Sinon très bonne location bien situé pour nous qui aimons la forêt, vue sur la mer très bien équipé à part quelques trucs que je vous est signaler surtout la télévision à voir absolument . Nous venons tout les ans mais cette année nous ne comprenons pas ce nettoyage si cher et imposé quand nous avons quitté l'appartement nous l'avons laissé propre frigo lave vaisselle lave linge four qui étaient sales tout tes nickels les prochains locataires n auront pas à faire le ménage à leurs arrivée pas comme nous Cordialement monsieur et madame Daviau

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Für Strandgänger perfekt gelegene Wohnung in Strandnähe. Schöne Aussicht vom 4. OG über Golfplatz und Strand bis zum Meer. Am Ende von Saint-Jean-de-Monts liegend und damit an relativ ruhigem Strandabschnitt. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut aufgeteilt, zweckmäßig und freundlich eingerichtet. Durch die Lage im obersten Stockwerk (4. OG) und ganz am Ende des Ganges ist die Wohnung auch sehr ruhig. Sehr praktisch ist auch der eigene Tiefgaragenstellplatz.

Wohnung liegt im letzten Stockwerk an einem Ende des Gebäudes, somit sehr ruhig.Ausstattung ist gut, es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Reisetipps: Insel Noirmoutier, die Orte entlang der Küste.Fahrradfahren auf gut ausgebauten Wegen. Lange Spaziergänge am kilometerlangen Strand.
