Bright, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen), radio. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with bar. Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. la maison est très bien mais le jardin demande a être entretenu, c'est dommage. Les containers poubelles n'ont pas été vidé. un entretien régulier permettrait de valoriser mieux la maison.

Points positifs : environnement calme, parking privé, jardin agréable, bon accueil de la part de M. (Interhome). Points négatifs : cuisine dont les plans de travail étaient couverts de poussière, idem table de jardin. Portes des chambres s'ouvrant avec bruits énormes, la peinture a du coller après travaux récents.... besoin d'un sérieux coup de rabot pour ne plus être dérangé en pleine nuit lorsqu'un résident va aux toilettes ! Embrouille avec le propriétaire pour les vélos sur place !

Maison agréable dotée de 3 belles chambres, beau salon/salle à manger cuisine fonctionnelle, mais salle de bain et wc vétustes et exigüs. Beau jardin. Matériel de cuisine tout juste pour 6 personnes= vaisselle tous les jours! Quartier très calme, mais construction d une maison juste à côté...quelques nuisances sonores. Pourquoi tarifer la consommation d électricité en plus? Dans aucune autre location nous n avons eu le cas??

Les travaux dans la maison d'à côté sont terminés. Le propriétaire a ajouté un ensemble complet de 6 couverts. Les toilettes, le lavabo et l'armoire sont neufs et la douche a une porte coulissante en verre. En ce qui concerne les coûts de l'électricité, les clients ont été informés au préalable.

Belle maison au calme

Maison tres agréable dans un quartier calme...3 belles chambres et grande salle à manger / salon . Cuisine fonctionnelle, équipements et électroménager suffisants, mais peu de couverts pour 6 personnes...mais la salle de douche et WC sont à refaire, trop étroit! Quartier très calme, mais construction d une maison juste à côté....pas de chance.... En résumé chouette maison dans super quartier en bordure de forêt.

Maison spacieuse et globalement agréable et bien é

Maison spacieuse et globalement agréable et bien équipée, très calme. Située un peu loin de la plage et du centre d'Andernos pour nos déplacements à pied (des vélos se sont avérés utiles). Nous aurions apprécié un mobilier de jardin plus confortable et de disposer de plus de 6 fourchettes.
