Private: garden 1'200 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (8 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 200 m, bus stop 4.7 km, sandy beach "Plage de Quercioni, Calzarello" 7 km. Please note: car recommended.
"Casella", 4-room house 135 m2. Spacious, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table, open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
