Große Wohnung in schöner Ferienanlage

Wir hatten eine schöne, große und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einer zu der Jahreszeit ruhigen Ferienanlage. Es gibt in und um Callian viele schöne Ausflugsziele und Aktivitäten. Wir waren wandern, haben kleine und große Städte besucht, sind im Indoor-Pool der Ferienanlage und im Mittelmeer geschwommen. Es war ein entspannter und sehr schöner Urlaub.

Schöne Wohnung

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Backofen und Spülmaschine. Schönes Bad, gr. Balkon, ruhige Anlage. In der Nähe (10 Min. mit dem Auto) sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. 30-45 Min. zu fahren, dann erreicht man die Küste, sehr schöne Wandermöglichkeiten, Esterel Gebirge und besonders die Caps sind sehr zu empfehlen um die Gegend zu erkunden. Sehr schöne Strände, Tiefgarage war auch sehr praktisch. Eze, Verdonschlucht, Nizza, Frejus, Saint Maxime alles sehr schön. Im September noch sehr warm.

Ruhig und abgelegen, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Eigentlich eine schöne und ruhige Unterkunft im Hinterland abseits der Ferienhochburgen, aber leider auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Hallenbad und Wellnessbereich war nicht (mehr) in Betrieb. Tlw. sind auch Einrichtungen nicht mehr vorhanden (z. B. Loungemöbel im Allgemeinbereich oder Liegestühle der Wohnung). Ideal für Reisende, die großen Wert auf Ruhe legen, sich gleichzeitig jedoch nicht an kleineren Schäden oder Abnutzungen stören. Eine Renovierung der Anlage ist notwendig.

Résidence bien située dans l’arrière pays varois. Jolies ballades aux alentours. Nous avons passé une semaine au calme , mais à voir en plein été .

Bel appartement, spacieux avec mode suite parentale pour les salles de bains.Vue splendide Bémols: -contrairement à la photo pas de matelas sur les transats. -vaisselle insuffisante pour 8 personnes. Lavages systématiques -un balcon trop étroit pour s'y restaurer à 8. -La réouverture du bar loundge serait un plus pour animer un peu les soirées dans la résidence. -Une piscine et ses abords pas suffisamment entretenus. En résumé, plus près d'un 3 étoiles que d'un 4 .
