The House:
A house where you’ll feel right at home! Spanning 80 m², you can expect the highest level of comfort and well-maintained amenities. This half-timbered holiday home offers plenty of space for up to 6 people plus a toddler to enjoy a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor, the spacious kitchen-dining area serves as the heart of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you’ll have everything you need. You can make yourself comfortable at the dining table and on the sofa set. Satellite TV and board games provide entertainment. In the large bathroom, you can relax in the floor-to-ceiling bathtub or use the separate shower. A staircase leads you to the ground floor, where you’ll find the two cosy bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m wide) and a single bed (0.90 cm wide). The second bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms also feature a closet and seating areas. From the bedroom balcony, you’ll enjoy a great view of the lake (lake view available only in winter). An extra bed for the sixth person is provided in the form of a fold-out bed in the living room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. For younger guests, the house offers a cot, high chair, stair gate, outlet covers, and a handcart.

In front of the house is a sun terrace (southeast-facing) with a grill, fire pit (wood included), patio furniture, and lounge chairs. Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. The large property (shared with the owner), featuring a lawn and a private playground, is perfect for playing and relaxing. The garden also includes a sauna house with a Kneipp bath, a fireplace room, and a sauna.

The surrounding area within walking distance

From the holiday home, you’re just a few steps away from Lake Dobbertin. The lake is perfect for long walks and bike rides. In 5 minutes, you can reach Dobbertin Monastery, the monastery park, and the Brauhaus (restaurant). A swimming area (which also allows dogs) is within walking distance, just 1 km away. This small, tranquil town also offers its guests a large outdoor lake swimming area, sightseeing boat tours, a tourist information centre, a very popular pastry shop with an ice cream parlour, bike rentals, shopping, and three restaurants. All destinations are within walking distance.

Leisure and Attractions

Its central location between the state capital of Schwerin, Lake Müritz, and the Baltic Sea offers countless opportunities for excursions and leisure activities. We especially recommend the Wildpark MV, the water park and sauna world in Linstow, the Kindertobeland and Western Town in Linstow, or the summer toboggan run and Monkey Forest. All of the attractions mentioned can be reached by car in less than 30 minutes. The beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea, the state capital of Schwerin with its famous castle, the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar, and Lake Müritz are all about 45 to 60 minutes away by car.
