With 65 m² of space, there’s plenty of room for up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The spacious living and dining area is perfect for cosy get-togethers. Satellite TV (smart), radio, Wi-Fi (fibre optic), and games provide entertainment. The living area features a sleeper sofa for 1 adult or 2 children. The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed or separated into single beds). You can prepare your favourite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Highlights of the bathroom include the walk-in shower, heated floors, and a washing machine.

The terrace, with an adjacent lawn, is accessible directly from the entrance. Enjoy the view stretching across the fields and cattle pastures to the horizon. The centre of Bad Kleinen is just a few minutes’ walk away. A supermarket (Aldi) and a snack bar are just 200 m away. In the centre, you’ll find additional supermarkets, a tourist information office, bike rentals, doctors, a post office, a pharmacy, restaurants, a bank, and several shops. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the supervised outdoor swimming area on Lake Schwerin, the pier, and the marina. The train station, with direct connections to Wismar, Schwerin, Rostock, Lübeck, Hamburg, and Berlin, is 1,200 m away.

Surroundings, Leisure, and Attractions:
By car, you can reach the state capital of Schwerin and the Hanseatic city of Wismar in about 15–20 minutes. The beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea are also just a 20-minute drive away. Visit, for example, the Pirate Open-Air Theatre, the Wonnemar water park, the zoo, numerous museums, the cinema, Schwerin Castle, the theatre, or the historic old town in Wismar. There are countless options for every kind of weather and every taste. We also highly recommend the fish market about 2 km away, where you can get delicious fish. Here, you can also rent a boat and explore the lake.
