Private: natural state property 800 m2, courtyard, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Isola d'Asti" 5 km, railway station "Asti" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km.
4-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 fold-away beds and dining table. Dining room with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Kitchenette (1 hot plate, oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. No heating option. Schöne Lage mitten in den Weinbergen, nette Vermieterin,
Fenster ohne Mückengitter auf Seite der Aussicht, Fensterläden teilweise nicht arretierbar, müssen bei Wind geschlossen werden, leider Sitzplatz auf Seite ohne Aussicht, viele aggressive Mücken, darum nicht möglich an den Abenden draussen zu sitzen, auch nicht mit diversem Mückenschutz (Mückenspray. Autan, Mückenspirale) , kleine Küche, in die Jahre gekommener Gasherd mit 1 defekten Gasflamme

Haus ist ok. Küche ist sehr klein. Es gibt entgegen der Ausschreibung zum Haus kein Internet. Wenn man sich darauf verläßt um zu arbeiten und zu informieren hat man verloren.
