In Juni 2026 hebben wij met het gezin een hele fijne week in het huis doorgebracht. Anna heeft ons zeer vriendelijk ontvangen.Het huis is bijzonder ruim en degelijk gebouwd en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook het internet is uitstekend. De omgeving is prachtig. Vanuit het huis zijn zowel het Como meer en het meer van Lugano bereikbaar en in Porlezza zijn alle belangrijke voorzieningen te krijgen.Zeker een aanrader!Paul, Anouk en de kinderen.

Perfect!

Heel groot en proper vakantiehuis met alle nodige voorzieningen voor een groot gezin, op een heel rustige en mooie locatie. Goede en vriendelijke ontvangst door eigenaars. Gewoon perfect! Enkel de weg vanuit Porlezza naar het huis is eventjes schrikken, de eerste keer, voor een Belg uit het vlakke Vlaanderen. Het is een smalle steile weg, maar als je het rustig aanpakt en enkele keren doet, went dit snel. PS Voor de jongeren: de WIFI is perfect!

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, wunderschön gelegen oberhalb des Luganer See mit Blick bis zum Comersee. Abseits vom Trubel empfängt einen hier eine tolle Bergidylle. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Zufahrt ist über eine typische italienische Bergstraße und wird wohl nicht täglich in Anspruch genommen, was beim Einkauf bedacht werden sollte. Wanderung vom Haus ab sind gut möglich.

Prima huis. Fijne omheinde tuin voor kinderen om te spelen. Het zou fijn zijn als er WiFi aanwezig is. Mobiele internet heeft zeer slecht ontvangst

Die Straße nach oben ist eine ...

Die Straße nach oben ist eine kleine Herausforderung. Aber der tolle Ausblick und die ruhige Lage entschädigen dies leicht. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin versteht kein Deutsch oder Englisch, aber man kommt klar.Sie war sehr freundlich, bemüht und entgegenkommend. Kurz – ein Ziel an dem man sich wohlfühlen kann. Auch die Außenanlage ist gepflegt und mit Liegestühlen ausgestattet. Es ist sinnvoll den Verbrauch von Strom und Gas im Auge zu haben, da dort einiges zusammen kommen kann (Zähler vor Ort einzusehen).

rustikal und ruhig gelegen

Innen ziemlich dunkel, einfach eingerichtet, Wäscheständer war nicht vorhanden und die Bank draußen passt von der Höhe nicht zum Tisch. Im Sommer ist es sehr angenehm, dass es am Haus etwa fünf Grad kälter ist als unten am See. Ansonsten alles sehr zweckmäßig.

Excellent séjour.

Après un accueil hyper chaleureux ( du jamais vu ) ,nous avons pris possession du chalet dans un très grand confort. Une semaine au calme dans une région magnifique bercé chaque jour par le soleil de la Lombardie.

Abgeschiedenheit und ausreichende Ausstattung

Die Ausstattung entspricht dem Inserat: Fernseher haben z.T. deutsche Programme, Betten sind gut, Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Außengrill - alles ist da, was man braucht. Man ist wirklich weit ab vom Ort - die Zufahrt geht über teils sehr schmale Straßen, gewöhnungbedürftig für uns Flachländer, ein wendiges Auto ist von Vorteil. In Porlezza, 20 Minuten Fahrt, gibt es einen großen Supermarkt (7 Tage/Woche geöffnet). Man hört fast nur die Glocken von Kühen, Ziegen und Eseln, - die aber manchmal auch nachts. In der Umgegend gibt es schöne Wanderwege, im Haus und auf dem Grundstück genug Platz für eine große Familie. Dank der Höhenlage war es (im August bei großer Hitze überall) nachts nicht zu heiß. Wunderbare Aussicht!
