For shared use: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 9 km, bus stop 20 km, railway station "Fossano" 30 km, sandy beach 70 km. Golf course (18 hole) 28 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates.
