In the centre of Saint Montan 7 km from the centre of Bourg St. Andéol, 26 km from the centre of Montélimar, directly by the stream. Private: property 30 m2 (fenced) with trees, courtyard, parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop 50 m, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Cite Adine" 12 km.
