Alles super!

Der Urlaub war ruhig und erholsam. Das Haus liegt ruhig, hat einen wunderbaren Garten mit hohen Bäumen, die Schatten spenden. Die Einrichtung des Hauses und der Terrasse lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und zum Verwalter war sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen Personen in Labenne. Das Haus, mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern 2 Bädern und 2 Toiletten, geräumiger Salon und Küchenbereich absolut perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sauberes Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Sehr ruhige Lage da es eine Sackgasse ist, das Grundstück ist hundesicher eingezäunt und der Wald oder der Strand sind unproblematisch auf kurzem Fußweg erreichbar. Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind in Laufnähe, genau wie ein Fahrradverleih um die Ecke und diverse Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das die Eigentümerin auf dem Grundstück lebt merkt man nicht, außer dass man ein nettes Gespräch führen kann wenn man möchte.

viel Licht mit etwas Schatten

Das Haus und Grundstück sind sehr schön. Von der Hauptstr. 2x um die Ecke, und man hat: RUHE. Die beiden Terrassen sind klasse, der eingezäunte Garten auch, da wir einen Hund haben. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Wir waren 2 Erw. und 2 Teenies. Da waren 2 Bäder Gold wert. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet (keine Schere), die Elektrogeräte top. Allerdings war es nicht überall wirklich sauber. Es war auch nicht dreckig, aber es gab so ein paar speckige Ecken und es ist recht feucht im Haus.

Ich würde wiederkommen

Sehr schöner großer eingezäunter Garten, ideal für Hunde. Gut eingerichtete Küche. Sehr nette Vermieterin wohnt in kleinem Haus auf Grundstück, tritt nicht in Erscheinung, aber hat sich sofort zusammen mit Verwalter gekümmert, als Elektrik defekt war. Zuviel Partylärm vom Nachbargrundstück

Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Komfortable Ausstattung. Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Reisetipps: Die Region ist sehenswert und hat alles für einen tollen Urlaub: Mega Strand und Wellen, Flüsse zum Kanufahren im Landesinneren und wunderschöne Orte, z.B: Bayonne, zum Anschauen.

Wunderschönes HausSehr freundliche Vermieterin Reisetipps: Sehr schöner, gepflegter Strandgut sortierter Supermarkt in LabenneFranzösischkenntnisse sind sehr hilfreich, mit Englisch oder Deutsch kommt man kaum weiter, auch nicht bei "offiziellen" Stellen, wie Polizei, Arzt oder Rathaus.

Rapport qualité /prix moyen. Nuitée + frais supplémentaires par personne, y compris bébés, font augmenter le tarif de la nuitée. Déco des chambres à revoir.
