Above Poggi 1 km from the centre of Poggi, 2.5 km from the centre of Imperia, 25 km from the centre of San Remo, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, 900 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants. 150 m long narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Imperia" 7 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 4 km pebble beach "Baia Salata" 1 km, indoor swimming pool 5.5 km. Residence with electric gates.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Zwar ist es nicht direkt am Strand, aber es ist absolut ruhig, man hört keine Geräusche von einer Straße und man kann durchaus die Küste zu Fuß erreichen, wenn man bereit ist, ca einen Km 20 % Steigung zu bewältigen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und man hat sehr viel Platz vor und hinter der Wohnung. Wenn man nicht gerade ein tiefergelegtes Auto fährt, kann man an der Wohnung sehr gut parken.

Das Bestechende an dieser Wohnung ist die Aussicht - die ist wirklich traumhaft und es ist ruhig. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und Bettwäsche wurde auch organisiert (die war sonst in Ligurien immer automatisch mit dabei). Eine Matratze des Doppelbetts war so durchgelegen, dass wir sie mit einer anderen austauschen mussten - da könnte investiert werden. Das Internet ist nicht abgesichert und die Küche könnte besser eingerichtet sein. Abgesehen von der Grösse eher teuer für die Leistung.

Die Matratzen im Doppelzimmer werden ersetzt und wir versichern Ihnen, dass die Internetverbindung, die über einen Hotspot funktioniert, sehr sicher ist. Die Verbindung ist mit einem persönlichen Passwort mit Zeitablauf und WPA2-Verschlüsselung geschützt. Die Küchenutensilien wurden überprüft. Die Küche ist komplett für mehr als 6 Personen ausgestattet, sollte während des Aufenthalts dennoch etwas nicht Ihrem Wunsch entsprechen, bitten wir Sie, sich an unsere Kollegen vor Ort wenden und diese assistieren gerne, um Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie wiederzusehen.

Tolle Aussicht, ruhige Lage

Die große Wohnung ist vernünftig ausgestattet. Besonderes Highlight ist die Terrasse mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die sehr ruhige Lage geht auf Kosten der Erreichbarkeit. Trotzdem ist zu Fuß vieles machbar. Sehr netter Kontakt mit G. bei Übergabe.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr geräumig, gute Ausstattung. Die Lage ist genial, der Blick nicht zu toppen. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter (hat uns nach Reifenpanne in die Werkstatt gefahren und alles organisiert). Jederzeit wieder! Ausflüge nach Monaco, Nizza und ins Hinterland. Man könnte wochenlang dort bleiben.

einzige was zu bemängeln ist, ...

einzige was zu bemängeln ist, ist die wirklich 1 km lange und steile Auffahrt zum Haus. Keine Möglichkeit zu Fuß nach Imperia zu gelangen, da Auf–und Abstieg viel zu mühsam sind.Für Autos so gut wie keine Parkmöglichkeiten im Ort oder an den Bademöglichkeiten vorhanden. Taxen Mangelware!!!Sollte vielleicht erwähnt werden. Das Haus sehr empfehlenswert. Es fehlt an nichts. Nur sollte evtl.mal über Insektenschutz an Türen u. Fenstern nachgedacht werden. Wir waren zerstochen wie schon lange nicht mehr.
