Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with wildlife garden and trees, courtyard, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 03.Oct.) with shutter cover. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Casale Monferrato" 22 km. Golf course (36 hole) 27 km. Prachtig en goed uitgerust huis
Zeer mooie woning, net zo mooi of zelfs mooier dan de foto' s.
De keuken was top, heel goed uitgerust met allerlei apparatuur. Ook mochten we van alles gebruik maken ( oa kruiden, olie, suiker, wc papier, vuilniszakken) als we het maar weer aanvulden als het op was.
Mooie slaap- en badkamers. Prima bedden. Comfortabel huis.
Genoeg tuinmeubilair.

Super Haus, super Ausstattung, fantastische Küche
Haus, Pool und Küche waren deutlich besser als beschrieben und erwartet. Vor allem von der Küche waren wir sehr begeistert und sie wurde schnell zum Mittelpunkt, neben dem fantastischen, großen Pool. Der Außenbereich ist toll ausgestattet mit Stühlen, Tischen, Liegen, Grill und Schirmen. Kino und Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt. Die vielen Bäder waren alle super groß. Das ganze Haus war super sauber, gepflegt, quasi neu. Empfehlung: Zählerstände für die Endabrechnung notieren
