For shared use: property 100'000 m2 with plants and trees, natural garden, meadow. Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, meadow, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 900 m, supermarket 3.5 km, bus stop 13 km, railway station "Biella" 12 km, bathing lake "Viverone" 18 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, riding stable 50 m. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Sooo schön

Das Anwesen ist ein Traum, besonders für Pferdeliebhaber/ innen wie unsere Kinder. Die Kinder dürfen auf dem ganzen Anwesen sein. Sie durften reiten und non stop bei den Pferden sein. Der Patron ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist riesig und top eingerichtet. Um irgendwo hinzukommen braucht man ein Auto. Jedoch hat es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten rund um Zubiena. Es waren sehr schöne Tage. Gerne wieder

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Das Haus war sehr sauber und alles so wie in der Beschreibung. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und Rustikal eingerichtet. Man konnte super schlafen, da es sehr ruhig war. Wir waren 7 Leute, und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

schönes, erholsames,großzügiges Haus, allerdings weit weg von allem. Riesiges Areal, man kann sich in jeder Richtung vors Haus setzen. Sehr netter Vermieter,, alles total unproblematisch.

Huis was vele malen mooier dan verwacht!! Fantastisch uitzicht Leuk jaren 50 interieur De omgeving is niet zo toeristisch. Turijn op 1 uur afstand, Viveronemeer op 30 min afstand
