Private: natural state property 500 m2. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 20 m, bus stop "Hollersbach Bahnhof" 3.3 km, railway station "Hollersbach" 3.3 km, bathing lake 3 km. Mountain railway 5.5 km, ski lift 5.5 km, sled run 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hollersbach - Kitzbühel 4 km, Wildkogel 9 km. ,Only for guests with experience in huts. Smoking is not permitted in the house.

špína ...

Chalupa je velmi stará a vybavena trosky špinavého nábytku. V chalupě se neuklízí, takže je všude spousty prachu a špíny. Kuchyň je špatně vybavená pro tolik lidí a není žádný prostor pro uložení potravin. Nabídka donáška pečiva vůbec neexistuje. Zahradu chalupa v podstatě nemá, protože je v prudkém svahu a je celá ohrazená a jsou na ní ovce. Pro lidi je nepoužitelná. V chalupě se topí kamny, ale byly nefunkční, protože je nikdo nečistí. ... Rozhodně nedoporučuji.

Non soddisfacente

Casa molto diversa rispetto alla presentazione, buchi nel cartongesso da cui sono entrati topi in cucina e nalla camera da letto al piano terra. Sporca e poco curata. Pentole rovinate inutilizzabili.

This is a rustic property with an old structure that cannot be fully altered, and wildlife such as mice can occasionally enter, which is a common aspect of mountain living. The hut is cleaned and maintained regularly, with a more thorough cleaning and equipment replacement scheduled for the low season. Guests are always welcome to reach out to the keyholder during their stay so concerns can be addressed in real time.

Vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison. Au début c’est très surprenant car si cela ressemble aux photos, la maison est quand même bien mise en avant grâce aux photos. Dans la réalité la maison est tres très vieille et surprenante. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon moment. Il nous a manqué tout de même un coin un peu cosy et surtout une machine à laver ! Je recommande mais ne soyez pas trop exigeants !

Bij binnenkomst was het even slikken omdat het wel echt oud is. Maar we hebben het er heerlijk gehad. Lekker warm, goede douche en prima bedden, dus gewoon goed.

Urig, gemütlich, idyllisch

Wer es urig mag und gerne mal in einer richtigen Almhütte Urlaub machen möchte ist hier richtig. Platz ist für eine größere Reisegruppe genug. Die Küche bietet alles nötige zum selbstversorgen. Eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit genialem Ausblick lädt zum genießen und entspannen ein. Oberhalb der Almhütte gibt es einen gemütlichen Gasthof mit sehr leckerem Essen. Die Leute sind alle sehr freundlich und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wohlfühlen mit Aussicht

Die Hütte ist urig und einfach, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Blick ins Tal ist fantastisch, und das Restaurant nebenan sehr gut. Holz und Pellets darf man benutzen, Brötchenservice der örtlichen Bäckerei klappt. Wlan hat man nicht in allen ZImmern, aber das soll wohl noch geändert werden. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit mit vielen Unternehmungen. Kleiner Tipp: Nehmt ein scharfes kleines Küchenmesser mit.

Wir waren nun schon das zweite mal dort. Uns gefällt die ruhige Lage, die guten Rodel- und Skimöglichkeiten. Nette, unkomplizierte Vermieter mit schönem Gasthaus und sehr guter Küche direkt daneben.

Sehr nette, urige Hütte mit äußerst zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Könnte allerdings an manchen Ecken eine Renovierung erfahren.
