Welcome to the Klausdorf holiday home “Haus Ostseeglück”



Built in 2024, "Haus Ostseeglück" offers spacious 105 m² of living space for up to 6 people and is equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.

Rental rates are based on 6 guests. Electricity, water, and heating are included.

There is no visitor’s tax. Bedding and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.

Two parking spaces are available free of charge.



The three lovingly decorated bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds —two bedrooms each with a 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring bed and a large closet. The third bedroom has two single beds (each 1.00 x 2.00 m) that can be pushed together. The bedroom features a small closet, a chest of drawers, nightstands, and a 40-inch flat-screen TV.



Electric exterior roller shades on all windows and additional insect screens in the bedrooms provide extra comfort.



The house features two modern bathrooms: a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower on the upper floor, and another bathroom with a walk-in shower on the ground floor.



The open-concept living area on the ground floor combines living, dining, and cooking in one spacious room. The living area, featuring a wood-burning stove, is perfect for relaxing evenings. A 55-inch flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth sound system provide top-notch entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen with an island and counter features high-quality appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as a fully automatic coffee maker, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle.



From the dining area, you can step out onto the beautiful terrace, which is furnished with adjustable rattan seating, two rattan sun loungers, an XXL cantilever umbrella, and a two-person beach chair.



A barrel sauna provides even more relaxation.



For your convenience, a washing machine, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, and a high chair in the utility room.



Electric car owners can use the on-site wallbox. Two free parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. The bike shed provides secure storage for your own or rented bicycles.
