Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt. Der Spülkasten funktioniert teils nur mit Nachhilfe indem man den Spülkasten leicht anboxte. Bei Bezug der Wohnung leichter unangenehmer Geruch, der nach dem Lüften dauerhaft nicht mehr auftauchte. Perfekte zentrale Lage.
