The house is updated and modern and fitted very well for groups and families! Sarah and Christian were very communicative and welcomed us at the house to show us everything. Our son particularly enjoyed the racecar bed and toy room! The location is also very close to the train station, which made our stay even easier. We felt very welcome and would love to stay here again!

Great experience

The location was great for us. Nice quiet street and neighborhood and perfect place to day trip the area with a train station close. Grocery store, pharmacy, butcher shop and bakery in walking distance. Great hosts who were very helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend

Christian met us for check in and gave us a tour of the place and all the information we could have needed. He has also printed out information regarding the area, restaurants, things to do, and Oktoberfest information. Both his and Sarah's communication throughout our booking and stay was amazing. Would recommend to absolutely anyone who is interested in this area!

Perfect house for our big group! The kid’s room with all the toys was a HUGE hit with our little one! The house is very well situated, very close to an S-Bahn station and a grocery store. Christian & Sarah were hugely helpful giving us great tips of things to do in & around Munich. If you’re a group of 8 people, don’t hesitate to rent this home!!

This was the perfect house and location for our visit to the Munich/Bavaria area. Booking accommodations from out of the country can be very intimidating, but Christian made the entire process super simple and the property was exactly as described or better. This house had plenty of room for our large family of 6 people. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it nice to have a few meals at the house. The house had plenty of towels and everything we needed. It also had a washer/dryer combo. The hot tub felt very nice after a long day of site seeing. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet and free of crime. This house is located less than 30 minutes to downtown Munich, 1 hour to Garmish (Zugspitz tallest peek in German Alps), less than 30 minutes from Dachau Concentration Camp, and a little over an hour to Neuschwanstein Castle. We would love to stay here again if we are back in the area.

Wir waren wegen einer Hochzeit für 4 Tage hier. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit den Jacuzzi und die Sauna zu nutzen. Aber alles war Starklar eingerichtet und das Wasser auf Wohlfühltemperatur eingestellt. Die Lage ist in einer kleinen, ruhigen Einbahnstraße und der Garten ist rundherum mit Bäumen und Sträuchern zugewachsen, so dass man vergisst mitten im Wohngebiet zu sein. Außerdem wird durch das zugewachsene die Geräusche der nahe Liegenden Autobahn fast komplett geschluckt.Die S-Bahn Station ist innerhalb von 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort hat man eine Direktverbindung zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Marienplatz und kann von dort in sämtliche Bereiche von München weiter fahren.Fazit:Das Haus ist schön um dort eine gemütliche Zeit zu verbringen, ist aber auch schön um von dort München zu erkunden.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und heimelig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Freunde Gruppe hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir sind als Familie für einen Kurztrip zum Oktoberfest spontan in das Haus. Das Haus war sehr groß und sauber, die Elektro-Geräte waren allesamt neu, das Geschirr und Handtücher waren auch komplett neu. Die Gegend war ruhig und sicher. Das Handbuch war sehr hilfreich - insbesondere die Tips für Unternehmungen im Würmtal. Der sehr große Garten war perfekt für die Kids.

Wij waren verrast door de ruimte in het huis en de grote kamers. Ook de tuin geeft veel privacy en we hebben veel plezier gehad met de tafeltennistafel. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk, reageren vlot op vragen en kwamen ons graag tegemoet. De locatie is super en het reizen naar München verloopt makkelijk via de metro.Kortom een fijn huis, fijne locatie en vriendelijke mensen.Een verbeterpunt; de matrassen en kussens waren niet comfortabel. Dit terwijl iedereen in ons gezin een gemiddeld gewicht heeft.
