Villa Nessi - slow down and feel good in Cape Coral, the Venice of Florida

Our inviting vacation home in a quiet location in the south-west of Cape Coral directly on the saltwater channel with sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico was completed and furnished in 2016. Enjoy a sundowner at the ticki hut on our boat dock and watch the turtles, fish, dolphins and manatees.

Villa Nessi has 3 bedrooms (king, queen and twin) and 2 bathrooms, large living area and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with soft-close doors and stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser). A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.

If the sun is not shining so beautifully, our 75” Smart full HD TV with BluRay player in the living room and free high-speed WLAN provide the right entertainment. The bedrooms are also equipped with full HD TVs. There is an additional BluRay player in the master bedroom. A high-quality Weber gas barbecue invites you to enjoy a BBQ together on the covered terrace. And if a storm really is approaching, Nessi is of course hurricane-proof.

The stores and restaurants along Del Prado and Pine Island Blvd are just a few minutes away by car. And if you don't feel like driving - two Trek mountain bikes are waiting for you.
