This is home was very welcoming! Clean, all the necessities needed and had it been warmer we would have used the pool! The lanai was very nice, we enjoyed it! Linens were great and beds comfortable!Convenient for shopping! Neighborhood is quiet and the backyard is private! Check-in was easy! Assorted snacks and coffees were available also! I hope to return in the very near future!

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. A lot of the decor of the unit was old and well worn. The electrical plug-ins did not work correctly and there were issues with the light switches. After talking w the realtor who is taking care of it, the owners had just purchased it. Their intention is to address those issues. I did leave a list of improvements I would start with

Communication was a little difficult before my stay as it's a company, not a person. The home was just as pictured. Very clean. I wish there was a way to turn the ceiling fan on in the master bedroom because I'm a hot sleeper. I also wish there had been more than three dishwasher pods to use for my five day stay and more toilet paper. These are all very small things, overall, is a great place to stay.

Stated there was a heated pool but it was 300 dollars extra and would take 2-3 days to heat. Back sliding glass window was broken and did not lock making the house unsafe. Fans in the rooms had no pull chains to start fans moving. Some lights were not hooked to wall light switchSome floors in bathroom were dirty. Lounge chairs old- fell through lounger after sitting. Would not recommend.

Great location

The property was centrally located with what we were doing. The house and patio/pool area was spacious and well maintained. The amenities although scarce from other places we have stayed were adequate. The only down side was the drinking water tasted awful.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The lanai was relaxing and the pool looked in great shape. We didn't use the pool.There are a few things they neglected to see to. We called about a garage door opener the night we got there and did not receive one. The gentleman on the phone said he would bring us one. There was no information book about the house and how they wanted things put in order when we left. That would have been helpful. We were hoping to see the Super Bowl that night but there are no local channels for us to do so. If possible, that would be a nice feature to add. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Awful- pictures not the same and bad neighborhood

We checked in and out same day. This property looks nothing like the pictures. NOTHING. It is in a neighborhood I would not want to rent a vacation home in. Trash on lawns, multiple cars in driveways and parked on grass. I understand Ian construction is still happening but this is not the same. We entered the address multiple times as the house was a different color. There were no security locks on the slider doors and the back door lock was hanging from the hinge with the lock out. Paint chipping everywhere. I after a fight, I was able to all my money back except my insurance. We had to pay for a hotel and then had to switch to another rental agency to find a place for the week as I had no help.
