North of the island of Usedom, at the mouth of the Peenestrom where it flows into the Greifswalder Bodden, lies the coastal town of Kröslin—an ideal starting point for relaxing days by the water and varied excursions in the region. Here you’ll find a holiday home newly built in 2005 with a spacious terrace and garden—perfect for unwinding after an active day outdoors. All around Kröslin, extensive biking and hiking trails invite you to explore the Pomeranian coastal landscape. The Greifswald Bodden, teeming with fish, as well as natural and historical landmarks in the surrounding area, offer a wide range of possibilities for anyone looking to combine nature, culture, and the coast.

For days at the beach, you have several options: Freest on the Peenestrom is about 3 km away, the seaside resort of Lubmin on the Greifswald Bodden is about 10 km away, and the island of Usedom is about 16 km away. Particularly appealing to water sports enthusiasts is the modern Kröslin Marina, which offers ideal conditions for boating and water sports. From here, you can also take a passenger ferry to the island of Usedom or to the Greifswalder Oie—perfect for a relaxing day trip.



Holiday Home:

This comfortable holiday home offers the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday or a restful getaway for two, with plenty of space. It features a cosy living room with an adjoining open kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom. The living area features a dining nook and a comfortable sitting area with a wood-burning stove, TV, and radio—perfect for cosy evenings.

The open kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to cook your own meals with ease during your holiday: it includes a dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove with oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a closet, and a TV. In the second bedroom, you’ll sleep in a double bed and have a large closet for your luggage. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and comfortable underfloor heating for added comfort.

Outside, you can enjoy the illuminated patio with seating and a grill—perfect for long summer evenings. A parking space is included. The property is particularly well-suited for children: a dedicated play area with two swings, a slide, a sandpit, a lawn for lounging, and a paved loop for scooters or tricycles provides plenty of variety; toys are also available.
Bedding and towels are included. Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.
