The modern sunny chalet has just been built and is in an absolutely top location. It is located right in the center, but in 2 rows, so you can also enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. The bus stop is only 50 meters away and the first restaurants/bars are only 350 meters away.
The chalet has 1 bedroom, 1 large living room with kitchen and dining table in the winter garden, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet, garage, storage room and a fantastic large terrace.

In summer, you can simply relax and enjoy nature and head straight for the beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.
There is a footpath directly from the apartment that leads to the bathing lake, just 100 metres away.

In winter, the top location, the garage parking space and the proximity to the ski area are of course attractive.

My family and I spent wonderful days in this beautiful town. Fantastic slopes and wonderful weather gave us a lot of impressions. The apartment is fantastic!!! It has a great location. It is very spacious and functional. We felt like we were at our own home there.
