Completed in 2023, this modern 340 m2 villa with heated pool and 5 bedrooms is perfect for families or groups of friends or colleagues who want to spend a relaxing holiday in the beautiful village of Lajares. It is centrally located. The supermarket, various bars, restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The plot of 3.200 m2 offers tranquillity and privacy.

Villa Ventura is equipped with a very large living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has a large sofa area where you can relax in front of the TV after a long day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area offers space for 10 people and invites you to socialise and enjoy meals together.

Or you can relax on one of the many terraces, the lounge or dining area, sheltered from the wind and by the beautiful 65 m2 pool. There is a modern gas barbecue for all barbecue fans.

The five bedrooms are elegantly furnished and all have en-suite bathrooms, most of which even have access to a sheltered outdoor shower with hot water. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a large double bed, while the remaining three bedrooms each have 2 single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with complimentary bed linen and plenty of storage space.

In the five bathrooms you will find all the amenities you need, including clean towels and a bath towel for the pool or beach.

Die Villa Ventura ist super ausgestattet mit allen was man braucht. Alles ist sehr liebevoll und hochwertig vorhanden. Es ist sehr viel Platz im Innen-wie Außenbereich vorhanden. Liegen und Stühle sind mehr als ausreichend da. Der große beheizte Pool ist absolut klasse.Die Schlafzimmer mit den jeweiligen Bädern sind schön groß und mit reichlich Schränken ausgestattet. Insgesamt war es für uns ein gelungener Urlaub dem wir gerne 5 Sterne geben.Sehr positiv war auch die Kommunikation mit Silke, die sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist. Kleinere Probleme wurde direkt behoben.
