This cosy 3-room apartment (approx. 62 m²) on the mezzanine level, located near the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The floors in all rooms of the apartment are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, a travel cot (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair are available free of charge upon request.

From the entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday apartment.

The bright and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a spacious wall shelf. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 8 m² covered and sunny balcony/loggia (facing east or southeast) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax, enjoying the balmy summer evenings with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment features a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability). A basic selection of board games and a few books are also provided.

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee and espresso machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy and spacious first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and a wicker armchair.

The separate, additional second bedroom features one tandem bed (80 cm x 200 cm—the lower section pulls out to provide an additional sleeping space), 1 single bed (80 cm x 200 cm) with plenty of storage space in the drawers, as well as a children’s table with a wicker armchair.

Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains to ensure a good night’s sleep.

The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, a washing machine, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat closet (with a mirror and shoe rack) in the apartment’s entryway.

You can park your car for free in a gated parking space belonging to your apartment (No. P3), approximately 50 metres from your holiday rental (directly behind the neighbouring Netto supermarket); your bicycles can be parked in the bike racks in front of the building. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the nearby restaurant “La Perla,” which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. You’ll find countless other restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete set of bedding—the beds will already be made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by 2 people. For occupancy by more than 2 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
