Cozy 1-room apartment in a quiet location, near freeway A6 Ilshofen
Our 1-room apartment (approx. 30 sqm) on the 1st floor is located very quietly and idyllically in a district of 74532 Ilshofen. It is a non-smoking apartment. The new fitted kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and much more. The new bathroom consists of a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The living/dining and sleeping area is very spaciously laid out and offers plenty of room. There is a dining nook in the entrance area. Afterwards, a cozy armchair is available for relaxing or watching TV. At the back of the apartment, there is a comfortable single bed. Garden chairs are available in front of the door for relaxing. The car parking space is directly in front of the apartment. Due to the central location, you can reach Schwäbisch Hall, Crailsheim, Langenburg, Rot am See, or even Kirchberg/Jagst in a short time.
