About this property

Ostfriesische Gemütlichkeit Ein im Ostfriesischem Stil Eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

HAUS LEYSAND is a newly renovated holiday home, lovingly furnished in the East Frisian style, that has been welcoming guests since September 2024. The house is close to the town centre yet situated in a very quiet location. Enjoy your stay in any season—whether in the summer on the beautiful terrace in the garden or in the winter by the cosy wood-burning stove with a crackling fire.
Inside the house, you’ll find several paintings by an artist from Emden. The windows are equipped with mosquito screens and roller shutters (some of which are electric), so you can spend your nights undisturbed by mosquitoes or noise. Free parking is available right next to the house.
After just a few minutes’ walk—passing a great playground and several shopping options (Edeka, a bakery, and much more)—you’ll reach the picturesque harbour of Greetsiel. Here, you can watch the fishermen unload their catch and even take a ride on a fishing boat. There are countless other recreational activities to enjoy. And then there’s the view of the sea...

Sehr schöner, entspannter Aufenthalt. Sehr herzliche Vermieter. Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt.
