Living/dining area with a large dining table and comfortable dining chairs, a cosy sofa corner with an armchair, a fireplace, TV, and access to the terrace and a large, mature garden with patio furniture and a beach chair facing southwest.

Guest bathroom: with a window.

A staircase in the hallway leads to the bright and elegantly furnished upper floor:

Bedroom 1: box-spring bed, built-in closets, TV, and window. A small work area allows you to work remotely while on holiday.

Bathroom 1: Shower, freestanding bathtub, double sinks, and a window. Separate toilet.

From the hallway on the ground floor, another staircase leads to the basement:

Bedroom 2: Double bed (1.80 x 2.0 m), built-in closets, and TV.

Bedroom 3: Single bed (1.0 x 2.0 m), TV, and window.

Bathroom 2: Shower, sauna, and window. Separate bathroom.

Utility room: Washing machine and dryer for personal use.

Special feature: A beach chair is available for guests of Reethüs 1 at the “Hundestrand Süd” section of Wenningstedt Beach throughout the season (April 1 through October 15). A private bike shed is available to guests in the garden.

Location: This holiday home is located in a central and popular residential area of Wenningstedt. The beach, as well as nearby restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets, are just a few minutes’ walk away.
