With 91 m², the house accommodates 4+1 guests and is ideal for both active travelers and those seeking relaxation. The ground-level entrance leads to an open living area with a cozy seating corner, 65-inch 4K smart TV, sound system, and free Wi-Fi. The sofa can be used as a bed for a fifth guest.



The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with brand-name appliances. From the dining area, you have direct access to the terrace with a Napoleon electric grill. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of light and can be darkened with pleated blinds and curtains. A guest WC and a storage room complete the ground floor.



Upstairs, two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and blackout blinds await you. One bedroom features a smart TV and a balcony with lake view—perfect for beautiful sunsets. The modern wellness bathroom with sauna, bathtub, and rain shower is ideal for relaxing after a day by the lake, a mountain bike tour, or a winter hike.



Family-friendly amenities: An extra baby bed is available on request for an extra charge. Books and games provide entertainment. A lockable shed is available for bikes and sports equipment.



A starter set with toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, sponge, dish soap, and kitchen towels is included.

The municipality of Diemelsee charges a tourist tax, which is billed separately.



A camera monitors the house entrance outside of guest stays. It is deactivated on arrival day and reactivated on departure day.
