This apartment has been completely redecorated in grand style and awaits you with a modern, top-notch design. The apartment is also centrally located in the Bielefeld-Altenhagen area. Right around the corner, you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, and a bakery, so you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The highway entrance (A2) is 3.5 km away. The apartment is also about 10 minutes from city centre Bielefeld.

The living area features an open and inviting layout. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee or a delicious cup of tea and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this spacious apartment has to offer.
The suite features a large, modern living-dining area with a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, pots, pans, a soft drink maker, microwave, dishes, and cutlery—it has everything you need for cooking.
Spices and olive oil are also provided for cooking.

The living room, with its sleeper sofa, can accommodate a 5th and 6th guest. The sofa extends electrically. You can also get comfortable on the large sofa and watch films or TV shows on Netflix. You can connect your phone via the Bluetooth speaker and listen to your own music.

We have two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, including mattress toppers (180 x 200 cm). You can store your clothes in a chest of drawers. You’ll also find a large black clothes rack with plenty of hangers, as well as a coat rack.
Bedroom 1 also features a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV with Netflix. We, of course, provide high-quality bedding.

The bathroom is equipped with a large open shower and a bathtub. The bath salts invite you to enjoy a relaxing soak.

Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials, such as shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

The balcony, complete with a lounge area and a hanging chair, is the perfect spot to unwind. Relax with a glass of wine or champagne.

The carefully selected, exclusive furnishings ensure a cosy and luxurious stay in this suite. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the entire apartment, creating a pleasant living atmosphere. Warm lighting, various light sources, and high-quality, carefully selected decor add a special touch of cosiness.

Parking spaces are available right next to the building, as well as a private parking spot marked “FAIRMIETEN Apartment 7.”

Key pickup is hassle-free via a key box. This allows you to check in on your own, giving you independence and flexibility.
