Welcome to your holiday home "Nautilus" in Olpenitz. Your detached, 50 m² house boasts a charming location surrounded by greenery and close to the Baltic Sea. Your comfortably furnished holiday home features an open-plan living and dining area, a bathroom, and a bedroom.
Enjoy evenings in the living area in front of the fireplace with a good book or watch your favorite series on the flat-screen TV. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), providing two sleeping spaces for children. The fully equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can treat yourself and your family to culinary delights.
The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size box-spring double bed (200 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a flat-screen TV. The windows have blackout blinds, ensuring a restful sleep.
In the bathroom, you'll find a large walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, a washing machine, and, as a special feature, an infrared sauna. Here you can warm up and relax after long walks on the beach.
Enjoy balmy summer evenings on the west-facing, furnished terrace. Simply unwind in the beach chair. A charcoal grill is available, so you can easily host a cozy barbecue.
A lockable shed is available for your bicycles, whether you bring them with you or rent them from the tour guide. There is also a parking space for your car directly in front of the house. The holiday home accommodates 2 adults and 2 children.
