The south terrace with panoramic view over the marina is built on stilts directly over the water , so you can enjoy the sun here all day long while you let your eyes wander over the sailboats and waves. The small sandy beach of the OstseeResort Olpenitz is only a few meters away and the kilometer-long Baltic Sea beach down to Schönhagen is also not far.

The vacation apartment is lovingly furnished: the quaint yet modern tables in driftwood design convey a special maritime flair, the decoration is carefully selected and completely coordinated with the landscape shaped by the water. The comfortable sofa corner is a great place to relax. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the view of the marina also falls from the bright living and dining area. As a special highlight, pure relaxation awaits you in your private infrared heat cabin and, of course, the beautiful bathtub. The dock immediately in front of the house is not officially open for swimming due to current conditions. Please also note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.
