Holiday Apartment 'Ferienwohnung Manuela' with Mountain View, Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment Manuela in Sankt Englmar offers a wonderful view of the nearby mountains. The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room with a folding bed, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. Additionally, you have access to a table tennis table, fitness equipment, and a communal sauna. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The building is equipped with an elevator.



The apartment features a private balcony, ideal for relaxing evenings. You also have access to a shared outdoor pool (open seasonally) and a heated indoor pool. Note: The indoor pool is closed for maintenance from 19.11. to 19.12.2025.



Nearby you will find a supermarket, a summer toboggan run, the Bayerwald Xperium, a climbing forest, a spa park, the Maibrunn treetop path, the Großer Arber, and the Churpfalzpark. Restaurants are also located near the complex and in the village.



Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, open fires, and events are not permitted. An e-car charging station is available. A change of bed linen and towels is possible on request and for a fee. Washing machine and dryer in House 2 can be used on request and for a fee. Please dispose of all waste before your departure. The waste chutes for household waste are located in the hallway, while the containers for glass and paper are at the street corner.
