Welcome to your charming “Chill Zone” holiday rental in St. Englmar—your perfect base for a varied holiday in the Bavarian Forest!

The wall paint, kitchen, dining table, chairs, wardrobe, and lamps have been updated and are now in renovated condition.

Your holiday rental:
This cosy 53 m² apartment has two rooms and offers space for the whole family, featuring a king-size bed (1.80 m), a bunk bed (which, due to its size, is more suitable for children or teenagers), and a sofa. It features a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, mini-oven, electric kettle, and toaster, and a balcony with a wonderful view of the countryside and the surrounding mountains.

The following sleeping arrangements are available: One king-size bed for 2 adults, one bunk bed for 2 children or teenagers. The length of the sleeping surface is approximately 1.80 metres. This will be updated, including photos, by 15.12.2025. The old sofa in the children’s room has been removed.

Pure swimming fun: Enjoy the indoor pool with a children’s pool and massage jets (closed from November 19 to December 19) and, during the summer months, the outdoor pool with a slide.
Sports & Games: Test your skills at mini-golf (equipment available for rent for a fee) and table tennis (indoors and outdoors), work out in the gym, or relax in the sauna.
Outdoor Fun: Kids love the playground and the giant outdoor chessboard.
Practical Information: Washing machines and dryers are available on the premises for a fee. A large number of parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.
