There are 6 parking spaces on the property and additional free street parking. Up to 2 pets are allowed, and an electric vehicle charging station is available. No events or smoking allowed. Beach towels are included.
The house is in a residential area, so parties and loud music are not permitted. When leaving, please close doors and windows using the security devices.
