We had the most incredible stay at Villa Neveda! The facilities are second to none and the views are just stunning. The location is great for trip out to the local areas and lots of restaurants are within walking (or easy taxi) distance. The standard of everything in the Villa is incredible and there really wasn’t anything we could fault. We absolutely cannot wait to return.

We had a lovely stay in the villa. Markus was a super helpful host. The villa was immaculate when we arrived and the little details like fresh flowers and cold drinks in the fridge on arrival were very welcome. The villa was well equipped and the beds very comfortable! Well located for the lovely restaurants of La Caleta.

Fabulous hosts, lovely property

4 of us stayed including our 90 year old Mum. Markus went above and beyond helping us throughout our stay. Lovely Villa, great pool, good space for our rented mobility scooter and electric bike. The house is really well equipped. It may have been more convenient with a car for older people but generally the taxis were good and very reasonable though we did have a day when they let us down. Markus kindly helped out. The restaurants we were recommended were very good. Highly recommended

Booked last minute for a week in October for myself and husband. Markus was very helpful and quick to respond. The villa was perfect for us. The heated pool always a pleasant temperature and the views from the sofa on the upstairs balcony great for morning tea and pre-dinner drinks. The master bedroom is very spacious with plenty of storage and the mountain view enjoyed from the shower is beautiful.Markus had ensured that the villa was very well stocked and this was much appreciated- we wanted for nothing and had to buy very little as all the essentials were there already.There were some lovely touches - fresh flowers, fresh fruit bowl, bottles of wines, water and beer etcThe kitchen was very well equipped and the lounge area very comfortable. Both enjoy the same great views but with a choice of comfortable outside seating, we mainly chose to enjoy those views from outdoors. The villa location, 20/25 mins from the airport was perfect and peaceful. We rented a car to enjoy the area, but with La Caleta less than 5 minutes drive, it was so easy. La Caleta is a gem, charming with lots of great restaurants, most with sea views. The contrast of busier Costa Adeje is a short drive away and affords a different experience.Markus’ suggestions for beaches and restaurants matched what we were looking for and ensured we had a great week. I’m sure we shall return.
