Schöne Ferienwohnung in einer Strandnahen Wohnanlage. Relativ zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Die Parkmöglichkeit in der relativ offen gehaltenen Tiefgarage ist super. Zur Wohnung gehört eine geräumiger Parkfläche auf der nicht nur für unseren SUV, sondern auch für die Dachbox Platz war. (Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage NICHT mit Dachbox möglich, wir haben sie abmontiert und auf die Parkfläche gestellt) Wir haben schon in verschieden Wohnungen dieser Ferienanlage unseren Urlaub verbracht. Diesesmal erfüllte die Sauberkeit der Böden nicht unseren Ansprüchen. (Sand, Spinnweben). Cuxhaven Apart reagierte noch am selben Tag und säuberte nach. Die Wohnung 206 hat eine schöne Einrichtung, die Stühle am Esstisch sind super bequem. Wir waren überrascht, da auf den Onlinebildern eine Bank zu sehen war. Diese ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Wir finden die wirklich modernen Stühle deutlich ansprechender. Die Matratzen haben einen guten, neueren Eindruck gemacht, waren uns persönlich etwas zu weich. Wir sind aus dem Schwabenland aber auch sehr harte Matratzen gewohnt. Alles in allem ist es eine tolle Wohnung, ruhig gelegen und doch absolut in Strandnähe. Spielplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch das Zentrum von Duhnen ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Strandkorb. Für's nächste Mal hätten wir gerne etwas mehr Sonne und weniger Regen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind bewohnt, dafür war sie gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, angefangen von guten Betten, über ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser Pfannen und Töpfe, wenn man sich selbst versorgen will ist dafür alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer großen Apartmentanlage, was zur Folge hat, dass es schon mal etwas unruhig sein kann, besonders an den An- und Abreisetagen, das hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Cuxhaven Apart war durchweg sehr gut, vom ersten Kontakt sowie auch vor Ort, immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
