Welcome to your holiday home on Lake Goitzsche.
With approximately 130 m² of living space, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The light-filled entryway, complete with a coat closet, leads you into the spacious living and kitchen area. In the high-quality, fully equipped kitchen with atmospheric ambient lighting, you can effortlessly whip up a three-course meal for the whole family. A dishwasher, an oven, and a large ceramic cooktop with an integrated range hood are, of course, provided.
In the living area, a large corner sofa invites you to relax. Enjoy the view of the crackling fire in the fireplace or spend cosy film nights on the large smart TV with a Dolby Surround sound system. The spacious dining table comfortably seats up to eight people.
A special highlight of the house is the private wellness area: Unwind after an eventful day in the on-site sauna, or let the evening wind down in complete relaxation in the open-air hot tub.
From the living area, you can step out onto the approximately 40 m² covered terrace with a well-maintained, fenced-in garden. Comfortable outdoor seating, a charcoal grill, a solar-powered shower, and sun loungers create the perfect setting for relaxing outdoors.
On the upper floor, you’ll find three separate bedrooms—two of which feature lake views and balconies—as well as a spacious bathroom with a double tub and a walk-in shower. Another bathroom with a shower is located on the ground floor.
Amenities also include a carport with an electric car charging station and a lockable bike shed.
The Schlossterrassen area is an exclusive, small holiday community located directly on Lake Goitzsche. A private access road with a gate ensures additional peace and exclusivity. An EDEKA supermarket with a bakery is within easy walking distance.
The surrounding area offers ideal conditions for long walks, extended bike rides, and numerous water sports activities. Highlights at Lake Goitzsche include the Aqua Fun Park, the wakeboarding facility, the water level tower with its pier, a pedal boat rental, passenger boats, and numerous restaurants and bars along the promenade.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll also find the Dübener Heide, the Heide Spa in Bad Düben, Ferropolis—the “City of Iron”—in Gräfenhainichen, and the Altjeßnitz Maze.
The trade fair city of Leipzig is also only about 40 km away. There, you’ll find, among other attractions, the world-famous Leipzig Zoo, the Leipzig Trade Fair, Auerbachs Keller, the BELANTIS amusement park, and a lively city centre area with numerous shopping and nightlife options.
