Wohnung war perfekt gelegen, Parkplatz vorm Haus, Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut, es gab viel Stauraum, sowie Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, leider war die Sauberkeit der Wohnung nicht zufriedenstellend, der Duschvorhang (Schimmel und Stockflecken) sowie die Toilettenbürste sollten dringend ersetzt werden. Das Besteck in der Schublade klebte und auf den Stullen Brettern klebten Reste von Speisen, wir haben alles was wir benutzen wollten vorher gereinigt, auf der Dunstabzugshaube blieb man kleben, von der Decke hingen im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer Spinnweben, der Teppich im Wohnzimmer sollte dringend gereinigt werden, er riecht und ist fleckig. Staub wurde wahrscheinlich schon länger nicht gewischt, auf den Fensterbrettern im Wohnzimmer lagen tote Insekten. Bis zum Strand ca 5 Gehminuten, Restaurant, Bäcker und Softeis sowie Pizzeria und andere Restaurants sowie Edeka fußläufig zu erreichen.
