Two-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a family-friendly building right by the sea, just 50 meters from the beach. Enjoy a large garden and a beautiful communal pool for adults and children.
The living-dining room offers sea views and features a sofa bed. The separate kitchen is fully renovated and equipped with utensils, dishes, and small appliances, suitable for up to 5 guests.
The spacious, updated bathroom has a bathtub. Step out onto the private terrace overlooking the garden and pool, with sea views and sunshine from morning until sunset—the perfect spot to share meals with family or friends. A sun awning provides shade when needed.
There is no air conditioning, but ceiling fans in the bedrooms and a portable fan in the living room ensure comfort. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, and all essentials for a relaxing and comfortable stay. High-speed wired internet is available.
A private, secure garage in the building is at your disposal, so you can park with peace of mind and keep your vehicle protected.
