Right next to the Abbenfleth Elbe dike and sandy beach—where the massive ships from the Port of Hamburg sail by within arm’s reach—lies our brand-new Pagensand holiday home, complementing our already very popular holiday apartment. Enjoy absolute peace and quiet amidst the beautiful natural surroundings of the Kehdinger Land on your own private property! Separated from the dike only by a very quiet residential street—which is also part of several bike paths—the Elbe River lies right in front of the house, with its fine sandy beach and grazing sheep. From the kitchen and living room, the view to the rear extends across the terrace and garden into the vast expanse of meadows and fields, with dreamlike cloud formations and romantic sunsets in the sky. This newly completed holiday home offers approximately 90 m² of living space, including two separate bedrooms that accommodate 4 to 5 guests, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an open-concept kitchen connected to the living and dining areas. A high, exposed roof truss gives this large space a particularly cosy atmosphere. The entire unit is barrier-free and designed to be accessible for people with disabilities. The Abbenfleth beach and the grassy areas along the dikes are especially popular among the dog owners who stay at our existing holiday rental in the historic captain’s house. After long walks, playing in the soft sand, or even a refreshing swim in the Elbe, you can retreat with your four-legged friend to an enclosed garden surrounding a spacious holiday home. To relax on the sun terrace, you’ll of course have access to patio furniture, a table, a sun umbrella, and a charcoal grill. The holiday home has two parking spaces, and there’s a private garage available for any bicycles you bring with you—though bicycles can also be rented on-site, of course.

Only 1 dog per booking, subject to the details regarding the dog’s size and breed provided in the corresponding booking request and upon express approval by the property owner. Proof of the owner’s current third-party insurance must be provided before the start of the trip.

Brand-new, detached holiday home on an enclosed lot. Living area approx. 90 m², two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (one of which is a box spring). Large bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Guest bathroom with a sink. Open-concept kitchen area with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and kitchen island with an induction cooktop and range hood, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc. Adjacent living and dining area with a (sleeper) couch, large dining table, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi throughout the house. Sun terrace with patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill. Two parking spaces and a lockable storage room for bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
