Die Wohnung ist von der Ausstattung und der dezenten Deco absolut spitze, wir haben uns sehr wohl ..

Ein Hinweis für Upstalsboom:
Es sollten die Kontrollen bezüglich der Reinigung durch Fremdfirmen besser kontrolliert werden. Die Fenster insgesamt, aber besonders die Ausssenfenster zum Balkon ähneln bald (übertrieben) einer Milchglasscheibe, auch. Ebenfalls sind Innenrahmen der zu öffnenden Fenster in einem sehr schmutzigen Zustand. Dieses wird dieser tollen Wohnung nicht gerecht.
Wir buchten bisher seit bestehen des Hauses 51 und 52 zwei bis drei mal im Jahr eine der Südwohnungen, z.B. 51-2/3 S und auch 51/52-4 S, man merkt den Wohnungen an, dass sie in die Jahre gekommen sind, es besteht, ausser bei der 51-4 S sehr großer Überarbeitungs- und erneuerungsstau, besonders bei den Betten, die sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Hier sollte die Anregung kommen Boxspringbetten anzuschaffen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt vom 09.11.24 - 19.11.24 in der 51-2 S, war ich seitdem ci hier buche, dass erste mal, durch dieses katastrophale Bett, froh endlich wieder fahren zu können und haben noch aus Schillig die Wohnung 51-4 S für Ende Februar bis Abfang März gebucht gebucht.
