Liebe Franziska, es tut uns leid, dass die Wohnung nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.
Die Teppiche im Erdgeschoss wurden kürzlich entfernt, da sie schwer sauber zu halten waren. Der Eigentümer plant, neue Stühle bereitzustellen. Das Sofa wurde vor Ort geprüft und als noch funktionsfähig eingeschätzt. Die Treppe entspricht dem typischen Baustil solcher Häuser und ist auch auf den Fotos sichtbar – dennoch verstehen wir, dass sie für Familien mit kleinen Kindern herausfordernd sein kann.
