Brand-new villa! Located in Garachico and the port area, Villa Carlota offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This single-story property features an open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV, washing machine, and dishwasher. Two cots and a high chair are also available. An iron and ironing board are provided.



Enjoy a private pool, outdoor terrace, and a garden with fruit trees. The villa is ideally situated close to the beach, with public transport links within walking distance.



Free street parking is available. Pets are not allowed, smoking indoors is prohibited, and events are not permitted. Further information can be provided during your stay.



Garachico boasts a rich architectural heritage from the 16th and 17th centuries, preserved in excellent condition, earning it the designation of Asset of Cultural Interest in 1994. This rental features energy- and water-saving systems, and sustainable materials have been used for insulation.

Perfect place to base yourself

Lovely location 5 minutes walk from two restaurants, a 20 minutes walk from the village of Garachico. Supermarket was a 2 minute drive away. The property was modern and clean with a small pool. An ideal base for exploring the island. The main living area had panoramic views of the coast and the Atlantic. On street parking was no problem.

Super Maison, avec tout le matériel, nécessaire

Pros: Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa. La maison était très bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable, et même des équipements auxquels on ne s’attendait pas, comme des tubas et des masques. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité du magnifique village de Garachico, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des alentours. Les hôtes ont été adorables, très réactifs et toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Merci pour votre accueil et pour avoir contribué à rendre notre séjour aussi agréable. Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésiter !

Sauber und exakt eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern

Pros: Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es war sehr sauber, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang an gut und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, sowie auch sicher. Es ist echt eine gute Lage, da man nicht in den Touristen-hotspots ist und das authentische Dorfleben mitbekommt. Man ist mit dem Mietwagen innert 3 Minuten in Garachico und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man innerhalb einer Stunde mit dem Mietwagen. Für Reisende ohne Auto ist die Busstation nahe gelegen.
